Service scope
Flowtic provides setup, configuration, and ongoing support for AI receptionist, booking, lead qualification, follow-up, and automation workflows for approved client use cases.
Client responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate business information and any required permissions for integrations.
- You must use Flowtic in a lawful and consent-based manner consistent with your local communication requirements.
Billing and support
Subscription and setup fees are billed as agreed. Support and optimization services will be provided according to your selected package and service agreement.
